I am offering a private bedroom and share(full) bathroom in my three bedroom house located in a safe, quite neighborhood. You will have privileges to include kitchen, laundry, wireless internet, living room, and a very large backyard to relax and BBQ in. The room is very clean with fresh paint and clean carpet. The room also includes a large window and ceiling fan. Rent is a flat $950 month .The only additional expense would be cable TV if desired, deposit required, just the first months rent upfront. Mv home is located very close to shopping centers, freeways, and the Tyler mall. The room is for one person only, no smoking or pets, and has a queen bed available. Michael is the other roommate. He is easy going and mostly keeps to himself. He is a security guard and usually works nights.
