The bedroom is: ~10’x11’. The room has a closet. The room has a French door that goes to the backyard that can serve as a private entrance to the bedroom from the front of the house/street. It is a 3 bedroom/1 Bath, well-kept home (1100 square feet). Furnishings: A bed, simple desk, desk chair, arm chair, throw rug and decor with shelving. The room has become vacant because the person moved in with friends. Otherwise, the former tenant loved living here.

$900 per MONTH. Included in the rent: water, garbage, wifi internet (speed as is), pge (electricity /gas) $900 Security Deposit (REQUIRED) **Proof of income (Required) Rental agreement: MONTH to MONTH

Kitchen and bathroom would be shared. Appliances available for use: Gas stove (but not oven), refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. Appliance NOT shared with tenant: Dishwasher.

Parking available: Street parking only. There is plenty of street parking. The backyard is large. Tenant(s) are welcome to host social gatherings in the back yard within local noise ordinance-allowed-hours.

Near a shopping center: Starbucks, Target, Nordstrom Rack, IKEA, Home Depot, USPS, Baskin Robins, Wing Stop, Panda Express, Mountain Mike’s Pizza 15-minute drive to Stanford University campus and Stanford Hospital (via Embarcadero)
