Must be friendly and open to having guests over. This is an open house, so you can use the kitchen, living room, backyard, and washer whenever you’d like.

• Preferred a Professional with proof of stable income, employment, and clean background. Prefer a clean, considerate, and respectful individual. This is one person, one bedroom, so no couples. This room has a shared bathroom with one other roommate. No pets.

• Housemate Expectations: Everyone has an assigned cleaning week and must attend monthly house meetings.
