Looking for someone to move into our apartment’s master room on October 1 and take over the lease (renewing in November). The apartment was recently updated with all new appliances, all-black wood kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer+dryer, key fob entry, fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has four windows and gets plenty of light in the corner. It’s a 7 min walk to Kingston-Throop for the C and a 10 min walk to Kingston 2/3 stop on Eastern Parkway. About a 10 min bike ride from Prospect Park, 10 min walk to Franklin Ave for plenty of restaurant options.

Your roommates are queer/queer-friendly, social, tidy, looking for someone similar, and open to a cooperative living space with sharing housekeeping duties, etc. Current tenants are mid to late twenties, kind, artistic men. Current roommates love to keep the apartment very organized and well-decorated and want someone who shares the same sentiment and pitches in. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates, the other has his own bathroom. With the apartment being a railroad, there isn’t much room for extra “stuff” if that’s important to you.
