I am looking for someone responsible, drug free (THC is ok, but out back), drama free, no couples, no frequent flyers (meaning my child resides in this home, so no judgment on lifestyles, but I am not looking for someone who has high foot traffic in and out of the house), perfect for part time single parent, even full time single parent with 2nd smaller room next to master option available for rent but child must share bathroom with you (will discuss on individual basis). Open to discussing the possibility of one cat or dog, but must be friendly and get along with my dog when he is here. 3-month minimum, 30 day notice required.
