About the room
Hello everyone! We live in a two story home with a custom pool you’ll certainly enjoy. We’re in a very safe, quiet, and walkable neighborhood that borders Lake Poinsette.
This room is perfect for you!! Ideally looking for someone looking for a 6-12 month lease. We’re looking for someome with good morals, likes a clean home, and is responsible with rent payment.
We offer a nice, peaceful, and clean atmosphere. You can call or contact me to schedule a walk through.
Your room will be fully furnished with a queen size bed, direct access to the pool, a television with HBO Max and Netflix, a closet, 2 side tables, a sleeper sofa, a small refrigerador, and a microwave. Utilities and wifi included!!
You’ll have access to an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room with washer and dryer included.
No pets and no drugs. Smoking outside and drinking is ok.
