End unit so little to no noise. Shared main bath with half 2nd bath. Furnished with queen bed, dresser, TV and nightstand.
Share utilities 3 ways avg $75-$100 per month per roommate including high speed internet. First month + 1 month security deposit to move in.
Space is for (1) gainfully employed adult who will pass a credit check with verified rental and income history. $25 application fee for credit check.
