Room with in-suite Private bath. This is a standard room in a 6 bedroom home with furniture & TVs provided in common areas, two fully equipped Kitchens (Upper & Lower). Three rooms share one kitchen. Home shares Laundry room w/ free Washier & Dryer use. Large backyard with private fencing, parking space for eight cars & security cameras placed on property. This current room for rent can only be rented to one male or one female (No couples).

There is a family that using the main level and we rent three rooms on the upper level.
