Hello, I have 4/2 baths house in Loma Linda. I rented out to student/ working person. There is one bedroom left. All roommates are working person ( 1 male, 2 females at this time). No pet, no party, no drug/smoking. It is very safe and convenient location. Only 5 mins drive to LLUMC, Costco, Walmart neighborhood, MC Donald, Starbucks, Starter Brother, one dollar store, Asian store, etc. The rent is $750 including all utilities, Wifi and bed provided. The deposit is $300 ( there is a $100 cleaning fee, when you are move out).

All roommates are working person. They are mostly working in the day. They are clean, friendly and respectful.
