Janeen's room

Townhome in a private gated community situated on a golf course. We have a community pool as well as a pool in our yard fully enclosed. The bedroom is on the second floor with a bathroom shared with clean young adult females. You have full use of the kitchen and laundry room as well as full use of our loft with a 65-inch tv. Your room has a street view of the cul-de-sac. the room is fully furnished (queen size bed) with a Tv and a large closet with hangers. Most shopping needs are within a 5-mile radius. Laundry room in home and use of our kitchen. We are 5.5 miles from Pompano Beach. There are 6 hospitals within a 10 miles radius. And the Pompano Air Park is just 10-15 minutes away!

CLEAN home as we do have little fur babies 3 are hypoallergenic 1 is not. They do reside outside or in master bedroom downstairs.

Long term rental or month or to month.

We are 2 young women who are friends and 1 mature woman who is our mom. Most of the time everyone is at work, or out enjoying south Florida. We are fun, clean, and good people to be around.
