Hi all,

My roommate and I are trying to find someone to take over our lease at Modera Rincon Hill apartments.

The apartment has great amenities and is close to basically everything! A few blocks from Salesforce park, which I think is a big plus.

Washer/dryer Kitchen and living room are the same space - the kitchen feels modern and there is plenty of counter space. The stove range has five burners.

The larger bedroom has a walk-in closet and a patio - though it is ground level.

The property management advertised this lease as 2bed/2bath but in reality there are 3 bedrooms (one of the rooms doesn’t have windows so it apparently can’t be called a bedroom)

The building itself is nice - it has a kind of art deco interior design. There are terraces on the 8th and 13th floor that are open to residents. The terraces have grills, sound systems, gas fed fire pits, TVs, and a spectacular view of the Bay Bridge.

Property management is conscientious, responsive, and friendly.

The only potential downside is that the natural lighting inside the apartment is generally low. An upside is that when you are in the apartment, it is very quiet - to the point that I occasionally forget that I am living in the financial district!
