Current roomies are between the ages of 18~35 and of all sexes / genders. This is a huge home featuring a lot of amenities. Working from home, utilize the shared office space! Got a green thumb, partake in some gardening! Seeking to keep your mind or body healthy, enjoy the sunroom deck atop or gym below! There are even more additions & improvements planned for the future!
Private Room within a huge 8 Bed, 3 Bath Home;
- 6 Month Lease Agreement
- Amenities (Shared Office Space, Sunroom Gym, Gardening Area, House Cleaner & Incidentals)
- LGBTQ+ Friendly, All Genders, No Pets and No Smoking
Rent is $775 + $80 (Flat Fee for Utilities & Amenities)
Move-in Total is $1,280 due upfront which includes; First Month’s Rent & $855 Security Deposit.
Tours can be done in-person or virtually. Applicants are required to complete an Interview, Application, Credit Check & Background Check.

I play collectible card games at a professional level, Digimon and Dragon Ball currently. I’m an avid climber (bouldering) which I spend most of my free time partaking in. I also enjoy playing video games, watching trashy reality tv shows / Sci-Fi / fantasy, listening to anti-folk music, and eating sushi!
