A very private flat. Great lay out. you basically have your own wing. Washer and dryer in the unit. Beautiful 1200ft deck with a gym. Great views. Great living space. Must be a dog lover as I have three well behaved Poodles. I work from home as a trainer and dog groomer. Must be neat, and tidy. The building also has a gym. A beautiful rooftop, as well a community room. The building is conveniently located off the highway and walking distance to restaurants and a market. Non smoker please.
