This is a small room that includes a large closet with sliding door mirrors. Room has a restroom outside of the room which will be shared. Room can come furnished will a small bed if you would like. Other areas in the house are not shared. We live in a great neighborhood, it’s very calm and quiet, great for long walks. The mall is very close by, there are many restaurants, gyms, parks grocery stores, all the necessary things you need.
There are three occupants at the moment, all full time professionals. We are respectful , clean, and keep to ourselves. I have two pets, a cat and a dog that are always at arms length, so if you don’t mind pets, that’s a plus. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, pays on time, clean, and respectful.
