Hello! I’m a single mom of a 4 year old. Our Leawood house is huge and we barely use the upstairs. I’m looking for a female (no couples) roommate to rent a large guest room with ham en-suite bathroom that has a shower. Garage space and internet are included. Utilities will be shared and will likely run $100/month.

I’m a work from home mama, so I’ll be at the house a lot. My son is 5 and in kindergarten. He’s a good kid but he’s still a boy. We are kind people and looking for someone that would mesh well.
