I have a super cute two bedroom basement apartment available for rent. Each bedroom is $500 and utilities are $75 each. Both rooms will be available September 15th. You will have a private bedroom and the common areas will be shared. There is a nice sized pantry, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer included. The backyard is shared with the tenants on the main floor. This unit has four available parking spots, as well as parking on the street.

The pictures show the apartment furnished, but it will be completely empty when you move in. So please keep in mind that you will need to furnish the place!
