The neighborhood is nice and quiet, located in town. $300 deposit, $600 a month with all utilities included (electric, gas, water, internet). Proof of income and ID required.

I am a full time working mom with a three year old. I don’t smoke or allow smoking inside. Small dog in the home. Looking for a female roommate, children okay. Other pets on case by case basis.
