References needed, deposit of 500 required, no excessive partying. No overnight guests (maybe later). No live in kids please, they can visit though. You can have friends over just no crazy partying. A good sense of humor is a plus but not required.

I am a 54-year-old empty nester. I have worked for the same school district for almost 20 years now. I am up and off to work very early .My kids come to visit quite often and once in a while I have company over for some cocktails. Nothing crazy. I do love loud rock music but of course will be considerate. When I’m home if I’m not doing household duties I kick back in my room. I am not vaccinated.
