Jessica's room

Hi All! I have a two-bedroom/two-bathroom three-level townhouse in Sunnyvale off El Camino. I want to rent out my 2nd bedroom on the first floor, with a private bathroom (standing shower) and a patio off the bedroom (brand new carpet!). The rent is $1750 & 1/2 utilities (electric/gas & Internet & WST). I am only looking for one person to rent the room relatively short term or month to month. Parking is available first come, first serve with a parking pass. The closest bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk, 2.2 miles from the Apple Sunnyvale campus.

I am a 33 yo white female that lives alone with a tiny dog (sorry, no other pets). My room is on the 3rd floor with my bathroom (and laundry room, which you can use), and the 2nd floor has the kitchen and living room and a balcony. I’m clean and respectful.
