Elevator and stair access from this garage to unit floor. I am looking for a female, only a single individual and no pets. Preferably with a busy schedule (work/school). Gas and utilities will be split half/half. Family room, kitchen, and patio will be a shared space. I have a 5 year old female blue nose pit bull, friendly with people. Prime location near the Canyon Crest Town Center. UCR is not even a mile away!
