We’re offering a room for rent in our beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the Heritage community in Fontana. Rent is $950.00 per month, including utilities such as water, gas, electric, trash, and WIFI. A security deposit of $950.00 is required, which cannot be used as the last month’s rent. If you move in on a day other than the 1st, the rent will be prorated accordingly. Both the first month’s rent and deposit are due at signing, and a credit check or current credit report is required per the landlord’s request.
As recently empty nesters, we’re excited to share our home with a career-minded, clean, and responsible tenant in their 20s to 30s, with full-time employment and average to above-average credit scores. You must be able to clean up after yourself and/or any guests who use the kitchen, common bathroom, or other common areas. We will provide you with a designated bathroom, except when we have guests. The room is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and two nightstands, and has new carpet and fresh paint.
You’re welcome to have friends over for social events with advance notice, but this is not a party house. Smoking is permitted outside only, and it’s not a 420-friendly house. The room is suitable for a financially responsible adult, and overnight guests are allowed within reason. However, full-time couples or room sharing for two people in one room are not permitted

Both my wife and I are full-time, self-employed and active in our Catholic church ministries, attending meetings most evenings during the week. We often host family gatherings in our backyard, and you’re welcome to join us. While there are no permanent pets in the house, my daughter visits often with her two small dogs, so you must be okay with pets. We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our lifestyle, coexist, and respect each other’s space to provide a comfortable living situation for all.
