Melissa's room

I own a 2 family home. My parents live on the first floor, and I live on the second, a 3 bedroom half a house. We have a yard, driveway parking, fire pit. Your bedroom would be on the 3rd floor with a huge walk in closet and loft area. The bedroom is a bit on the small side, but has plenty of room for standard bedroom furniture. You are welcome to use the attic for storage. The house is very large and we have plenty of room if you need to store anything. All utilities included in the rent, including WiFi. I have all the streaming apps and Youtube TV for live TV. You will need to provide an window AC if you’re planning on staying that long, the upstairs gets pretty warm in the summer.

I live by myself on the second floor with my dog, Lucy. She’s a 7 year old lab/hound mix. (she’s not really good around other pets in the home, so no pets please) My parents, in their mid 60’s live on the first floor. They are both retried. They are very active ex hippies who are super chill and easy to get along with. Both are hardly ever home.
