Frederick Small Road

We’re in the middle of Abacoa, so there’s a decent number of cool things in walking distance.

There’s a park literally right across the street with soccer/football fields, tennis/basketball courts, etc. There’s also a nature walk area (the greenway) that’s a 4 minute walk from the house with a few miles of trails in it that I quite like. And downtown Abacoa (which has restaurants, shops, and events) is a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive away from us.

The house itself is a 3 story townhouse that’s in the top left corner of our community. The first story has a room (mine) and a garage (which is really just a storage room/workshop). The 2nd story is the living area with the living room, kitchen, laundry, a small balcony, a small bathroom, and a ‘dining room’. Then the 3rd story has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The available room is one of the one’s on the 3rd floor. It’s the master bedroom, so it’s a decent size, and has it’s own bathroom and walk-in closet (albeit not that deep!). Rent for it is 990$, and utilities usually come out to around 70$ a month. Only first month’s rent and security deposit are due up front. Making someone pay last month’s rent up front seems dumb to me.

There’s 4 of us here, 3 being students (or recently ex students) of the FAU Honors College here in Abacoa. I’m Austin, a math & physics major (everyone’s favorites, I know) who works in software developement part time. There’s also Akanksha who’s working on her PhD and Ryan who is finishing his degree in computer science. Akanksha is moving to Poland for grad school, so now her room is open :) There’s also Brandi, who works as a nurse. She’s cool, but usually busy working.

We’re all pretty chill, and we try to be pretty clean. But right now there’s some stuff in random places from people moving in/out.

We’re in our mid 20’s now, so we’re looking for someone around our age like 20~30 I guess?
