Hello! My name’s Jordan and I am in search of a roommate, I have this beautiful home located in Orange Park, FL. 2 rooms available for rent, bathroom must be shared between rooms and rooms are unfurnished.

Large enclosed yard, dogs are welcomed. You will have full access to common area, kitchen, backyard. Home is dog friendly. I have a 9 year old Pit named Patches.

First, last & security are required to move in. Security is one month’s rent and is refundable upon move out. Monthly rent is $700.

Looking for 1 to 2 roommates. I tend to be pretty laid back so I’d like the same, I’m pretty easy to get along with, respect my space is all I ask. Message me if you’d like more information.

I travel for work and am usually only home on Friday’s and Saturday’s.

Easy going, into anything cars, pet friendly, I travel for work, I’m usually only home on Friday’s/Saturday’s & partly Sunday. You’ll typically have the house to yourself during the week.
