13×11 room in a house with two living spaces. The shared living spaces are furnished with appliances including washer/drier, basic kitchen appliances, TV And a couch. Next to a nature trail and a park and very close to grocery stores.

We are two male and female professional full time employees with normal work schedules. We are both pretty quiet people who like to play video games and board games as a hobby. We have two small sized dogs who live only downstairs.
