Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease! It’s a private room and bathroom in a two-bedroom apartment, located in a quiet, gated community that borders a beautiful lake. There are several pools throughout the community, walking paths, green spaces, dog parks, a gym, rock climbing wall, yoga studio, spa/massage center, restaurant/bar, etc!

You would share an apartment with my wonderful friend Steph! She is super sweet, fun, and courteous of other peoples space.
