A piano included for those with talent to impress us all! Full use of the kitchen and front music room as well as limited space to store items in the garage. Washer and dryer available. Pay equal shares of utilities.

About the roomies
1 female roommate 1 dog 1 cat Very friendly but not annoyingly so. 😂
Pets are possible with additional $400 pet deposit if it gets along with my chill small dog and outside cat. 😊
