Makiyah's room

I am renting out the 3rd bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. The property is in a new neighborhood on the Southeast side of Albuquerque. It is located 7 minutes away from Kirtland AFB and 5 minutes away from Costco, Home Depot, and Walmart. I am currently leasing the property so I am looking for a more long term roommate that would like to get on the lease for at least 6 months all the way up to a year. The 3rd room will not be rented out so you will always have a private bathroom.

I will be the only other person living in the house. I am 25 years old and work on base 5 days a week. Right now my hours are pretty standard but could change in the future. I am pretty sociable but can also keep to myself if you prefer that. I have had roommates everywhere I’ve lived since college, so I know how to respect boundaries and space. I am fairly tidy, but not anal about it. I do tend to stay up later on the weekends though so if you are a night owl, it would be a good fit.
