The room is 15’5“ by 11“, decent sized closet, and 2 large windows that let in lots of natural light. Shared bathroom has a tub and good storage under the sink and above the toilet. Kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and a sizable island. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, and balcony in unit. Parking space included and free visitor parking spots…yes SPOTS plural!
Might leave some furniture behind but not enough to furnish the room.

About the roomies
First roomie, Jill, has a french bulldog named Jayla and is currently going back to school to get her Masters in Social Work. Second roomie, Sam, is going to school for nursing and works night shifts as an EMT. She shares the bathroom with the available room.
