The condo is on the second floor with a separate entry door, balcony, and an attached garage on a quiet and lovely street. The place offers 25 minutes of access to Boulder and Denver, 5-7 minutes to King Sooper/Safeway, and 10-15 minutes to outlet plazas. The roommate will have access to all the items in the condo to make it feel like home. The rent also includes a spot in the garage. The roommate will have a private room with furniture and their own bathroom (the bathroom is next to the room). The condo has a third room which is planned to be used for meditation, yoga, dancing, reading, or fitness. Therefore, the roommate is allowed to use the room for the listed purposes.
