Front bedroom on the other side of the house away from my bedroom. Roommate would pretty much have the bathroom to themselves unless guests are visiting house. Walk-in closet with plenty of space. In a decent area of old Conroe with only a couple minutes away from I45.

So it is just me with every once in a while my girlfriend stays over. I work from home 4 days a week M-F 8:30 to 6pm and the other day I work at different hospitals. I am not much of a home body as I am playing cards or darts most nights and once football season starts I really would not be home much. I have a huge friendly bloodhound who comes in a night so you wouldn’t have to worry about barking. I also do have two cats but 90 percent of the time they stay in the garage because they don’t get along with my dog so they are not an issue. I also travel a lot so usually gone one or two weekends a month.
