About the house: 3 Bed/ 2 Bath, 1 story home located in Suisun City, renting out
- Small 10 by 10 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, closet and shared bathroom for $900/month (bills not included)
Shared living area, fridge, kitchen (will provide a pantry cabinet to accommodate your personal things). Tenant can use most kitchen tools/dinnerware. Home currently is occupied by 2 female tenants w/ a 5 years old kid.
Amenities included: central air, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, hardwood floors (carpeted bedroom), washer, dryer, yard, high speed internet
This is a drug-free/smoke-free/alcohol-free household. No pets.
Located near places like Travis AFB, Vacaville Premium Outlets, Solano Town Center Mall, an hour from Sacramento, San Francisco.
Household Rules (flexible) Guest: No more than 1 guest at a time and no overnights unless discussed and accepted by us. Common Areas: Everyone is to clean up after themselves, keep the kitchen counter clear and clean. Personal rooms: Should be cleaned, vacuumed at least twice a month Music/TV: Loud music is fine but when it’s quiet time, it should be lowered down enough not to bother anyone in the household.
About the roomies
We recently moved into the house just few months ago. We are both in the military, would prefer a military personnel as well. Love hikes, outdoor activities. If you’re interested, feel free to contact us.
