This is a private room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment w/a rooftop pool and there is a reserved parking spot included in the rent. The building is just two blocks from the Clarendon Metro and Trader Joes, with around a dozen nearby restaurants and a similar number of bars. There’s also a Whole Foods within a five minute walk.

The unit looks out into tree canopy and gets great sunlight and also has a small private balcony. It’s a relatively new building (built in roughly 2007) and it has a rooftop pool (currently under renovation and will open in October), 24/7 concierge, automated package room, and a full gym. Bills are usually between $120 and $150 for WiFi/Electricity/Gas/Water in total.

I’m an easygoing federal government employee working in international development and have been in the DC area for around 10 years now.

I’m originally from Seattle and I’m a big backpacker, hockey fan, and fitness enthusiast. I do like to go out socially on the weekends, however I’m pretty quiet during the week. I work from home about 80% of the time. I’m looking for someone similarly laidback and relatively quiet.
