Ben's room

2 full rooms available in my home which is a tri-level. I’m looking to rent out to at least one person, I’m open to people teaming up, but the rent would not be halved from this listing to do that. It’s got an attached garage, parking available, plenty of room for extra storage. There is an upper and lower bathroom, the lower bathroom can be solely for whoever rents. Laundry in the basement which is also a project space. High speed internet, full shared kitchen, a projector entertainment system is in the bottom layer. I have my room and an office to myself. The Princeton Club and East side mall are very close, it’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Madison, and really close to the interstate. The home was built in 2000, and is in really good shape. It has a fenced in backyard, and I’m working on landscaping some of it in the future. Utilities do vary, but only when the months are really hot or cold will electricity costs increase. Water is usually the same. I keep my home clean, and expect the same in roommates. There are currently two cats here, but I unfortunately do not forsee them staying in the future by the time of move-in (which is also negotiable). I live pretty quietly, keep to myself mostly. I enjoy working out, stay fairly active with biking and various sports in the Madison area. I work in biotech. I also enjoy movies, video games, traveling, music/shows, playing piano, and the Madison area in general.
