Singular private room is available for rent with a large closet, freshly renovated with brand new carpet and private key, shared bathroom/shower, full size washer/dryer, and fully furnished common areas to use.

-Proof of income (Preferably 3x the rent amount)

-Credit check: 630+ Credit score, you can obtain this for free from a multitude of websites and send me a screenshot, will work with students without credit on a case by case basis

-Background check (Must be completed prior to moving in, can view property before completing this)

3 Housemates, consisting of young professionals & students in their upper 20’s to early 30’s. Everyone is focused on their career/goals and is not a party house although having friends over is fine, but be respectful when others are sleeping. Cleanliness is important, be courteous in the common areas
