I have a mother-in-law quarter available to rent in Wingfield Hills in Sparks. The quarters is essentially its own private apartment that is attached to the side of the house with its own entry, kitchen, laundry unit, bedroom and bathroom. There is plenty of street parking. We are looking for a (preferably) female occupant. The rest of the house will be occupied by 3 others, (M24, F21, F20). We are looking for a friendly and responsible roommate. Move in date is Jan 1. First and Last months rent will be due in order to move in. Please no pets or kids!!
