The space is part of a beautiful, modern, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo spread over 3 separate floors allowing for maximum privacy. The main living area (living room and kitchen) have been recently renovated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including dishware, pots & pans, small appliances, dishwasher, double oven, gas range and microwave. There is also in unit washer and dryer!

The rental room is fully furnished with a queen bed and nightstand. It is located on the ground floor with private bedroom and bathroom with a separate, shared living space and outdoor patio. Tenant will have access to the outdoor patio with seating and a Weber Grill for the warm summer months. In the colder months, space also has a gas fireplace and a 9’ long couch to either cozy up or stretch out! The building is located next to the El train and is well insulated from the noise.

Only a 5 minute walk from Wrigley Field, 4 blocks to beautiful Lake Michigan and a few steps from the El station.

I am a mid-40s, mature, single female and I work remotely 8a-5p. My living quarters and private office is on a separate floor from the rented room. I do have a medium sized dog who is very friendly, a cuddler and quiet, so interested parties must love dogs!

I am an early bird and would prefer to live with someone who is mature, respectful of my home, and quiet.
