Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment… Waiting for You to Make it Home! I am looking for a responsible and dependable woman to take over my lease asap. I am moving out of the country December 31, 2019, and the apartment will become available on January 1, 2019. This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment at Grande Oasis at Carrollwood, which is a beautiful gated community located near Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium. Currently, there is another resident occupying the master bedroom, and you will have full access to the bedroom (walk-in closet), kitchen, living room, and outdoor-screened patio. My roommate is very nice, and asks to RESPECT her privacy. You will be held responsible for half of the utilities (renters insurance, internet, and Teco). I will cover the rent and utilities for the month of January. The lease goes until July 2019, and has the option of renewing the lease.
