We are renting a private room with a private bathroom for $650 per month. The contract is month to month with a $ 500 security deposit (refundable). We do allow pets for $100 per pet (non-refundable) up to 2.
The house is in a gated community with security patrolling 24/7.
We have a pet park in our community , the house is walking distance to grocery stores, bus stop, post office, hospitals, schools, parks, restaurants, movie theaters, & banks.
The backyard has a porch with a dog run.
