Pershing Drive

Hey girls!! I am looking to fill a room in my 2bed/2bath apartment in Playa del Rey as soon as September 15th! This spot includes hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, tons of parking, full kitchen, garage for storage, and it’s a 5-10 min walk to the beach! Rent is $1650 with very minimal utilities (usually less than $100/month).

I will be moving out so you’ll be living with my current roommate, so this is a bit about her! She is 22 and works as a personal assistant in Beverly Hills, so she’s pretty busy during the week, and spend her weekends at the beach, with friends, or watching movies on the couch with her kitties! She is very laid back, clean but not over the top, and would love to be friends w/ the new roomie but doesn’t mind if you do your own things. 😊 I’m looking to lock someone in ASAP— this place is a gem & I don’t want to let it go! I will be taking inquiries and if we are a fit I’ll put you in contact with my roommate Alyssa to see if it’s a match.
