Very quiet area. Off-street parking. Great spot for someone that doesn’t have a car. Private entrance from the bedroom you will be renting. Clean and peaceful.
About the roomies
It is myself (37) and my two boys (10 and 6). They are very respectful and very well behaved. They go to school full time and on the weekends, they go to their fathers in NY. I spend my time raising my kids, and plan to get a job from home soon. I am clean, quiet, and very low-key. I keep to myself, but I am very friendly.
