ISO a roommate (female prefered) to share my house that also loves dogs. I have a furnished primary bedroom (200 sq. ft.) with a private bathroom available for rent in Windsor off Los Amigos Rd. and Cordelia. The room has king bed (new mattress), TV, dresser, two nightstands, and a chair. It’s a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood near Michael Hall Park and Brooks Elementary School. The house has a living room and a family room off the kitchen. TV’s in both rooms. It has a good size yard with room for gardening. The room has two closets and mirrored doors, a ceiling fan, and a large window. Asking $1500/mo., includes utilities & internet (month-to-month). As well as a $500 refundable deposit and $100 cleaning deposit (non-refundable). There is a washer and dryer available, full kitchen use, and parking in the driveway or on the street. The room is for a single occupancy. Overnight guest to be discussed as comfort and trust are established. This is a non-tobacco smoking home, 420 is okay strictly outside. All other drugs are prohibited.

I am a mid-50’s hardworking professional with over 30-years working in the wine industry with local family, two adult children, and grandkids, but also a low-key, quiet person. I like a peaceful and clean-living environment and would expect the same from a roommate. No drama, please. I have a medium size, 5-year-old dog, that loves people, but cannot have any other pets.
