Hello! We have several individual bedspaces left for rent here at Auraria Student Lofts. We provide roommate matching, and would love to give you a profile on the people you will be living with! Right now, we have bedspaces available for men, women, and coed, both with and without pets. We are located in the heart of downtown Denver, steps away from the MSU campus, 16th street mall, and Performing Arts Center! We’d love to help you find a perfect roommate match in our community! We offer many amenities such as free printing, rooftop pool, study spaces, and even local discounts.

ASL is a student-housing community, so the majority of the people already living here will be college students attending school! That being said, we can also house non-traditional students as well as college-age individuals who are not in school. We provide roommate matching and would love to discuss our remaining availability with you to best fit your needs!
