Heather's room

Second floor apartment, private bedroom, shared living spaces which include bathroom, kitchen, living room and office. Utilities not included, average utilities $150/month for internet, gas and electric combined, fluctuates depending on season. Gas heat and stove, free laundry and storage in basement. Large yard, landlords are responsive and helpful, live on first floor. Security cameras outside house. Quiet area. I am doing the initial search for the roommate, landlords will require application and background check.

Two bedroom apartment, other roommate is amicably moving out 9/1/2023 after 5 years of rooming together. I would prefer to stay and am looking for a mature, responsible roommate.

I work full-time, hybrid position. Part-time online student. I wake up early and work-out (most of the time lol), go to bed early as well. I do not drink or smoke, and would strongly prefer only light drinking in the house.

My sweet kitty, Lily, also lives here. May be open to roommate with another cat or a dog. I am a vegetarian.
