I have rented this house from a good landlord for almost three years with my daughter. Nice backyard and front yard. Nice closets in each room. I have two empty rooms in a 3 bed 1 bath home since my daughter moved on to campus at CSUMB. Dogs may be welcome, depending on temperament and landlord approval and a fee. I have 1 cat. I estimate additional bills (water, garage & PG& E) to be about 200 to 300 a month depending on usage split three ways. The total expense could be 1200 or 1300 for room and utility bills. We may need to sign a new lease with landlord and rent may go up and he may or may not require and additional security deposit. We shall see. This is a first for me.
