Hello, I have 1 downstairs bedroom with a private bathroom available! Home is occupied by 2 girls and a dog. Owners are barely home but will occupy the master when visiting! It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a bunch of restaurants and stores, and a dog park if you have one:) The house has a pool that you are free to use, as well as access to a laundry room and kitchen. All utilities are included:)
