Our apartment complex features a large swimming pool and deck, 2 fitness centers, multiple outdoor gas and charcoal grills, 2 small ponds, a small playground, an off-leash dog park, a locked package room, a firepit & pagoda, a clubhouse with a pool table, car wash & vacuum and onsite laundry. located near the airport has very convenient access to the Highway ( RT’s 40 & 840 ) and is only a 10 min drive to downtown Greensboro. The apartment is 1500 sq ft and is 3 bed 2 bath on the 1st floor.

I am Crissy, 47, along with my current roommate Barbara, 60, and I have lived in the apartment for almost 4 years. We both are non-smokers, conservative-minded, and employed, we both are typically Quiet and keep to ourselves. Both have Dogs, a 1.5-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier mix named Zika, and a 3-year-old shit-zu named Spencer. Both dogs are ESA’s and Zika is being trained to become a service dog. we prefer someone with similar values but are open-minded and Animal friendly as well.
