Room unfurnished but home is fully furnished. Washer/Dryer in house. Full access to kitchen, stove, fridge, appliances, and any common areas. Garage parking. Large backyard. High speed internet. Medium size dog (50lbs) lives in home as well. Community has shared pool/hot tub/bbq/park area. Central A/C and heating. All utilities and cleaning/landscaping included in rent. Room has been professionally cleaned and painted.

Currently there are 2 of us, me and my girlfriend. We have two of the rooms in the house and rent the other 2 rooms. There is also a medium sized dog living here who is very friendly. We enjoy outdoors activities, poker, movies, video games, beer, and more!
