The apartment is a sunny second floor unit with a front and back entrance, a large unfurnished bedroom, with a closet, ceiling fan and light, lots of natural light (recently replaced windows). Has a full kitchen with fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage. Unit has a newly refinished hardwood floor, new furnace and water heater, a large dining and living room with a fireplace.

Shared full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Water and sewer are included rent, we share electricity, gas, and internet (Fiber ATT).
