Evelyn's room

I have a room that I can be furnished or unfurnished depending on the person who wants to rent. The room is sunny with a ceiling fan with remote, has a private bath, walk-in closet and it includes electricity. It does not include cable. You will have privileges in the house, kitchen, living room and outside patios. You have use of the washer/dryer and there is off the street parking. NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL!

I am a young working senior citizen and a goal oriented person. I enjoy young and older people around me that I can learn from and they can learn from me. I like positive thinking people and hope the are clean and organized. I enjoy cooking, gardening, music and dancing. And my neighbors know me well. I have lived here for 6 years.
